Hi! I’m Dr. Jenna, a postdoctoral fellow, whose primary goal is to help you to embrace the most authentic version of you, while living a connected and fulfilling life. When coming to therapy, expect a warm and inviting space where I will meet you exactly where you are.
I view therapy as a sacred place. Therapy with me often involves delving into individual attachment styles, processing trauma, and working through relational concerns and family dynamics. I take a holistic and relational approach, meaning that I value the relationship in and of itself, along with the progress made in therapy. I work collaboratively and empathically with my clients to help empower, motivate, and guide towards a more meaningful and peaceful life.
I provide couples and family counseling, as well as individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults. I have also been trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, or DBT. I am experienced working with a variety of concerns, including mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, parenting concerns, life transitions, ADHD, Autism-Spectrum Disorder, and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.
If you are looking for a therapist who is warm and nurturing but is also going to challenge you to think deeper, I may be the therapist for you. I cannot wait to meet you, and I feel honored to be on this journey alongside you.
